Fully decked out, ready to camp and still has warranty coverage! This is a great first camper (or upgrade from travel trailer). We are selling the camper alone or with our tow vehicle: a 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. This camper is in great condition and comes equipped with a Gen-Y gooseball pinbox (the original 5th wheel pinbox is included if you want to switch it out). We LOVE towing this way – it gives us far more use of the truck bed since there is no fifth wheel hitch. The bunkroom layout is perfect for families with kids! There are added foam toppers on the bunk mattresses to make them even more comfortable. The master bedroom has an upgraded queen mattress. Two tv's included: living room, and bunk room. Great storage inside and storage compartments outside. There is no TV in the master, but we had it setup to use a small projector on a fabric screen that we would hang on the wall at the foot of the bed. Camper has a basic solar package. Additional upgrades include: * Second air conditioner in master bedroom * Gooseneck pinbox * Upgraded rear camera on camper (also camera added to truck bed to view hitch). Camera system supports a total of four cameras. * Custom built TV mount in Kitchen that provides storage behind the TV and allows the TV to swing around to face either the kitchen or the dining room. It also brings the TV closer to the sofa. * Upgraded (and larger) FireTV included in family area. * Basic TV included in bunk room * More powerful shocks on master bed platform to make it easier to access storage under bed. * Multi-Colored LED underbelly lighting added * LED strip lighting added in pantry to provide full illumination of the entire pantry (wired into the existing motion sensor light). * Brackets and wiring in place to use GL.iNet GL-AR300M16-Ext (included) and Netgear Nighthawk cellular hotspot (not included) to make use of roof mounted antennas for improved WiFI and cellular reception. * Custom made wooden blocks for both front and rear jacks * Jack stabilizers * Valterra gate valve added to waste dump connection * Blackstone grill on slider – slides in and out of the outdoor kitchen and connects directly to the camper’s propane supply via quick connect. * Bidet added to toilet - reduce your toilet paper use Camper comes fully equipped with everything you need to start camping today: * Full kitchen (silverware, knife set, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, compact Keurig, pots & pans, etc) * 50 Amp service cord plus extension (plus 30 amp, 15 amp and generator connectors) * All fresh water hoses * Waste dump hoses and extension * RV leveling blocks (never had to use them) * Fifth wheel stabilizing tripod (for the gooseneck pinbox) * Lots of Command hooks added for increased organization 360 interior photos are here (you'll need to copy/paste the link): https://www.facebook.com/share/p/bg3twvyvx81EuH3Z/ Camper was thoroughly cleaned recently and had a ceramic coating put on it. Water beads up like it’s been freshly washed! We’ve never had any leaks of any kind. The only major problem we had was with one of the slides but GD fixed that under warranty. In case you didn’t know Grand Design extended their frame warranty AND made all three of their warranties transferrable to new owners.
