Purchased new in August 2022
This was my Tiny Home and Office for two years. My work on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is reaching completion and I’ll be moving on.
The R-Pod was stationary for the entire time, hooked up to electricity and utilities. Propane was never used.
Super clean and well maintained.
Enjoy lots of storage space for clothing, kitchen, bathroom and business supplies.
True 60 x 80 Queen Murphy bed. One simple latch Murphy bed design provides the benefit of a much longer travel trailer in a 22’ layout. Sofa and Dinette design gives the feeling of an open concept layout without slides. Natural lighting is provided by a panoramic window.
I added cafe curtains with tiebacks. A new pleated shade is ready to install if you prefer.
The interior is white, grey, stainless steel with touches of black. The look and design is clean, modern and peaceful.
I’m including useful and attractive items that I purchased for the R-Pod. Items in photos are included in the asking price.
