This fifth wheel is ready to be hooked up and hit the road or set for full time living. This is the deal of the summer. We are able to sell lower since this is a free and clear title with no loan to pay off or 3rd party consignment. Delivery is possible WARRANTY GOOD TILL FEB 2026! We purchased this 5er back in 2023 from the original owner and then used it for about 9 months after selling our sticks and bricks. It was parked for the entire time and has been a great home. We have been full-timers a number of times and know how to take care of a trailer. This unit is in great condition, clean and well maintained. A few notes: -Just purchased 2 bran new batteries that will go with the sale. -No slide toppers, no solar panels, no washer dryer, single pane === LESS WEIGHT :-) -Original TV was replaced with a larger one, included, and hung with an adjustable mount -Mattress has been removed and will need to be replaced, queen -One of the couches was removed to allow for a home office space -Bathroom faucets have been replaced with updated version -2 A/C’s -Clean title with no loan to payoff -Frame warranty good till 02/2026 and transferable We are selling the RV since we have recently bought another sticks and bricks. Currently in the process of a remodel on the home and could use the cash from the sale to help with the remodel.
