We have used this amazing 5th wheel to visit our kids out west and back east and winter part of the winter in Arizona. We liked Arizona so much we had a chance to buy a small winter home there last spring and did buy one, so we have no more use for this trailer. The 5th wheel is amazing, and all maintaince is current and up to date. We bought it new in the spring of 2020. The price is negotiable. There is nothing broken and everything works as designed. It has 3 slides and 2 awnings covering most of the entry side. It has 2 large flat screen smart tv's. The living room smart tv is on a televator so it can be retracted into the cabinet when not being used and expose a additional living room window. There are 2 fireplaces. One in front of the televator cabinet and the other at the foot of the bed below the 2nd tv. The living room slide is amazing, with large windows for taking in all the views and a large rear window complementing the slide out windows. All windows are screened and tinted. There is a table and chairs as well as a dual power recliners with storage and cup holders right across from the televator TV. The Kitchen has lots of counter space to help get your biggest meals put together. All appliances are stainless steel. The large microwave is also a convection oven. The residential 4 burner gas stove also has a large oven that bakes and cooks even. The Samsung 3 door residential fridge has lots of space with the freezer in the large bottom drawer with a working ice maker. There is also a large coffee bar in the kitchen so your coffee maker, toaster or appliances don't take up prep space and don't need to be packed away every day to make space for meal prep. There is a large walk in panty and coat closet at the front door. No carpet any place. The large walk through bathroom has a full size residential shower with folding bench, his and her sinks with matching cabinets. A linen closet is plumbed and wired for a washer and dryer. Also there is a enclosed water closet. The large bedroom has lots of storage in many drawers and a hangable closet behind mirrored doors. Also contained is place for your dirty clothes hamper. It has a king size bed with a custom mattress and ample storage underneath. There are 2 ac's, which can be ducted or unducted. There is a Air 360 antenna and added Gateway for am, fm radio, TV and wifi. Just add your simm card to provide a private wifi in the trailer and not be dependent on the weak campground signals. Outside there are 2 large full pass through storage units. One with a slide-out tray. More storage space on each side of the rear with 2 tool storage compartments. Dual batteries and dual spares are in the front storage compartment. We have added a RV keyless lock with remote control, pressure controlled dual water filter system, progressive 50 amp hardwired electric management system for full electrical protection, carpeted outside steps with a added safety hand rail. Right side, left side and rear Furrion camera's with included large monitor. It has a roof access ladder attached to the rear with a 2", 3000 lb receiver hitch. I also replaced the f rated tires with g rated tires and heavy duty after market wheels before even taking it off the lot.
