This is not a scam -read- Overall very good condition/ barely used/ fully operational. Original GoodYear tires with hardly any wear. Has optional extra A/C unit. Electric awning works but fabric is starting to tear at the front edge. Outdoor entertainment center is missing TV and grill. Customize with a TV and fabric of your choice.
This unit has a PA title branded reconstructed because the ultralight I-beam frame had twisted and was later professionally repaired, inspected and approved for use. Additional bracing was also added - see pic.
