This Durango Gold is in beautiful condition. It has been used a total of 20 months. It has been to Florida 4 times. It has brand new Good Year tires on it, with 5,000 miles on them. It has 5 slides. Very roomy. 3 TV's. 2 refrigerators 1 residential and one small one out side with 1 of the TV's. It has a fireplace heater 2 air conditioners...a ceiling fan in the kitchen..laundry unit hook up (no washer or dryer) I stored my sewing machine there. Bedroom w/king bed w storage under bed..2 sofa bed that can open to 1- 12 foot bed and 1,2- recliner couch. 1 sofa bed has been recovered and the reclining unit I have material for the 3rd pc it didn't need recovered yet. Will include with unit. Double kitchen stainless sink. Propane stove used burners 2 times, the oven never used, and a Convection/ microwave. All in working order. This 5th wheel has more storage than the park model.we bought to replace this one. It has a huge heated belly when the furnace runs. Has 2 propane tanks a outside shower...the bath has a large sit down or stand shower. Porcelain potty extra med. Cabinet my other half installed and a stainless sink. Dining table has a leaf and it comes with 4 storage chairs. 6 compartments on underbelly...a desk in the cupboard unit with USB plugs above it. Too much to list. My Husband loves how it pulls loaded. This Units list price was $87,000 bought it Hershey show price $68,900...NADA says It is worth $53,000...Just asking pay off price. It is still in great shape as of 9/30/2023
