Residential refrigerator w/ice maker; convection/microwave oven; 2 burner induction cooktop; dishwasher; central vac; satellite Direct TV, 3 TV’s (living room, bedroom & outside); washer & dryer; bar & safe behind livingroom TV. King bed w/dual Rest Easy mattress’, 2 auto awnings (main awning has sunscreen), door awning, all other windows have pull out awnings. Outdoor kitchen has 1 burner induction cooktop and new mini fridge. Solar and night shades on all windows; tire, mirror and wiper covers. SERVICE: 51,100 mi. oil & filter; both fuel filters; crank case filter; fan belt; engine thermostat & coolant changed and coolant tank. Air filter changed at 34,300. I have a new air filter in box. Transmission filters & fluid changed at 29,800 mi. Generator has 206 hrs. Generator serviced at 204 hrs. Oil and filter, fuel & air filters. Have extra fuel filter for generator. Have Aqua Hot filter & nozzle. And extra water pump. House batteries replaced 11/14/20 w: Duracell AGM’s. 7-1-2024 chassis batteries replaced (just tested both / all good!).
