It has 2 grey & 2 black tanks with a Fresh Water Tank and Gas Tank for the on-board ONAN 5500 Watt Generator (needs minor work). Double Door Entry + Rear Garage Door access . 2 working roof AC Units, 15K and 12500K BTUs*. Double Electric Queen Beds in Garage*. Garage Length is 11.5 feet. Long pull-out Futon Bed and Reclining Swivel Chair Included. DVD Player. Dual Pane Windows.
KNOWN ISSUES:
1.) ONAN Generator does not run and needs minor work. Carburetor.
2.) Floor has several soft spots.
3.) *Awing motor is out and canopy needs replacing. We are providing a brand new motor and canopy, new in the box, but needs to be installed.
4.) Spare tire Holder needs replacing.
5.) Garage Roof Vent Fan is non-functional.
6.) Shower Floor has a crack that has been sealed.
