2007 Keystone Raptor 3712TS, Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler with a 12 ft garage. This unit has the enclosed garage separate from the living area so that you’re living with a garage instead of in one. It has two entrance doors with one leading you directly into the garage. The garage is 12 ft long with over 98” between the walls and it has a spring assisted 7 ft ramp door, exterior spotlights, as well as a rubber floor with tracks with movable D ring anchor points. It also has a dual full-queen electric bed lift system in the garage with the bottom bed converting into dual sofas, a top bunk access ladder, a roof vent, hanging storage cabinets, and a wall mounted work station.
The living area is furnished with a plush love seat with dual recliners, as well as a wood edged pedestal dinette table with two wooden freestanding chairs, with overhead storage cabinets and end shelves lining the ceiling above them.
