Low mileage, 2006 45’ Magna 630 Fully Loaded! 525hp CAT diesel, 3 stage exhaust brake, 12.5kW Gen, automatic air leveling, Electric step, full body paint, window awnings, automatic full length right side awnings, AquaHot, Washer/Dryer, floor heat, King Bed, queen pullout, Xtall jackknife futon couch, triple AC units, great batteries, new living room carpet, new dash leather, fully rebuilt generator, full fridge, dishwasher, full shower, tag axle, pass thru storage tray, safe, LED TV. Generator has about 4500 hours on it and was completely rebuilt internally at about 4000 hours. The paint has a little checking and cracking typical of gel coat after many years, but this coach is beautiful and turns heads everywhere we go! It does have normal chips and a few scratches from use. Two places could use a little fiberglass work. We have kept it inside for the seven years that we have owned it and bought it from an owner who stored it inside. If interested will sell for $10,000 more and give you $10k cash back so you can make upgrades/repairs as you see fit, and you can still get financing for full amount. That still makes this the best priced rig in its class.
