Ready to go! New furnace, water heater, interior ceiling lights and two front tires. In 2022, new hydraulic hoses for leveling feet/slide-out. In 2018 all new water lines. Has current 2024 tabs, presently still winterized. Only two owners. Low miles!. Runs nice. This coach is 34' long with 1 slide out. Very clean throughout. Great kitchen and dining area. 6 cu ft double door refrigerator/freezer. Double bowl stainless steel sink with single lever galley faucet. Wood drawers have dovetail construction, roller drawer slides have transit ship locks and cabinet hardware is a brass finish. Lots of kitchen, linen, pantry storage. Incredible bedroom cabinetry. 10 cylinder Ford chassis; 147 gen. hrs, but not sure generator is currently working. Last started generator in 2021. Gas. Furnace is 34M BTU. 6 gal. quick recovery water heater. 20" Panasonic TV in front overhead. Space for TV in bedroom. 120V/12V AC/DC. 30 amp service. Automatic 4 pt hydraulic levelers. Porchlight and electrical step. Insulated luggage doors with gas lift strut support on mos, (some not working). Exterior shower. Plus, extra-long luggage storage underneath. Slider windows with day/nightshades. Three small exterior awnings over windows. (Removed large 14' entry awning, due to deterioration of 24-year-old vinyl.) SLEEPS 6. Takes an RV Queen mattress, as the space is 60"x40", currently fitted with a full mattress; dinette bed size 40"x74", sofa bed size 46"x66". Includes original bedroom bedspread and shams, all in good condition. New water lines are Pex; resealed shower walls; resealed tank drain; installed new sewer cap and sewer hose. RV has been stored outside, so had some water stains on ceiling from previous roof leak, but inside ceiling cleaned in 2023 to remove these previous stains. Completely resealed exterior roof in 2022, plus installed several new air vents and a new roof air conditioner shell. Carpeting and vinyl flooring is original but in good condition. All floors have been cleaned in 2023. Can only take cash, wire transfer or bank check that your bank gives me personally. Another option is my attorney can handle the transfer for $800 and we'll each pay half. No test drives without a $5k deposit, proof of funds, current driver's license and proof of RV driving experience. Will deliver to out of state buyers for a fee.
