Up for sale is a 1958 Ford Vanette RV project. You won't find another one like this!! Was originally used as either a mobile library book-mobile or a mobile X-ray unit. Very unique and cool piece of American history. Interior has been stripped down with the intention of modernizing, then I lost interest. It does start and drive, but I have not driven on the road and would not consider it "road worthy". It has a Ford V8 Y block with a 4 speed manual transmission and a 2 speed differential!! Has a huge propane tank, fresh water tank, water heater, fridge, furnace, waste tank etc. Entire body is aluminum with the exception of the cab. Could be a really fun project, I just don't have the time to work on it. Needs brake work. NOT DRIVEABLE IN CURRENT CONDITION, WILL NEED TO BE TOWED. PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF IT CAN BE DRIVEN AWAY.
